All hair sales are final due to hygiene and quality-control standards. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact TC Luxury Co. within 48 hours of receiving it; hair that has been worn, installed, washed, colored, bleached, or altered is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
